I have a double bedroom to rent in Anniesland Cross, For me the location is excellent you have both the bus and train station literally on your doorstep. The house is above a Poundland, behind Scotland's biggest Morrisons and we have Aldi, McDonalds, Subway, M&S, Greggs and Whetherspoons all within a 5 minute walk. Train to the city centre take 12 mins costing around £3 and the bus takes about 25 mins.

I'm a pretty honest laid back guy, the reason I took the flat initially was because I was made redundant from my company in England and I came back up to Glasgow without a job and including bills this place goes around £400 - £410 a month which was a bargain! It's not the Ritz. but it's liveable. The room is a good enough size, there will be a bed (it's not in the pic) and you also have a balcony, there's a built in wardrobe and a set of draws. The wall is pink (sorry lads) but we could discuss with the agency if you wanted to change that.

Ideally I'd prefer a non-smoker/drug user but if you are a smoker please go outside or use your balcony, the agency has a no smoking policy.

Rent is £297.50 per month
Deposit is £450 (sadly it's an agency so isn't much I can do about that amount)
Council tax is band B so £59 a month
Electric is around £35-£40 a month depending on heater use.

Me, I'm a 32 year old retail manager based in the Buchanan Galleries, I've lived in different countries and with loads of people from different backgrounds. I'm not a huge drinker but will definitely join for a few. I work long hours so not always about. I'm looking for someone who keeps their place clean and takes pride in that.
