We're local to Glasgow and rent out both rooms in this lovely sunny flat to students.

The bright room with corner bay window is still available. The other room is rented by a female student in her twenties on a Masters course. Current flatmate prefers to share with another female. Just say you're interested and I'll get in touch.

The flat in more detail...

This bright and spacious two bedroom traditional blonde sandstone flat is conveniently located in Glasgow's West End.

In the popular G3 Finnieston area, there is easy access to both the West End and Glasgow City Centre. It could suit Masters or PhD students at the University of Glasgow or other Universities due to its close location to the University (under 10 mins walk) and excellent transport links.

There are two very large, furnished double rooms. The flat is comfortable with hard flooring throughout most of the flat and fully double glazed windows. Both bedrooms have large tenement windows, meaning lots of natural light and are fully furnished.

One large room has a bay window seating area overlooking tree-lined streets to the north-west, the other is a very large bedroom with west-facing views. Both are well-equipped for student living. The flat has a large light bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a small dining area and plenty of storage space. There is super fast (140+Mbps) fibre internet.

The flat is close to many amenities and yet its situated on a bright corner above a quiet pedestrian area meaning its fairly peaceful and has great views, given its central location. Rooms can be rented by two people looking for their own rooms in a place together, or individually (where I rent the rooms to people with a similar lifestyle- and this usually works well).

Although in a peaceful spot, it is very closely located to the West End, to the University and to all the cafes, restaurants, bars on the main route from the West End to the city- a pleasant 25 minute walk, or catch one of the many buses that run up and down Argyle Street. Its just 15 minutes to the Kelvinhall Subway station, 15 minutes to Exhibition train station and 20 minutes walk to the main travel hub of Partick Station- with easy access across Glasgow and to Glasgow Airport.

Food shopping is easy with a Tesco supermarket across the road. A Morrisons and Sainsburys supermarket are within 10 minutes walk. Closely located to the bars/restaurants in Finnieston, as well as all the nightlife on Byres Road.

For downtime, the flat is excellently located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Kelvingrove Art Galleries, with its huge surrounding green parks, bike rentals, many walks and short cuts to the University, and stunning views across the west end.
