My current flatmate had to move out due to emergency at home, therefore, there's an availability in this awesome flat! It's almost a thirty second sprint to the library (eduroam reaches some corners of the flat), there's a living room (with a TV that I use for Netflix & Spotify mostly, but can connect a console if you have one - the pic is out of date, it was recently renovated to have laminated wooden flooring and I put up vinyl records on the wall), and everything is great! I'm posting this advert pretty early because I can understand how frustrating flathunting can get, therefore you can get your flat sorted as early as possible! The expected move-in would be in September, however, this can be negotiable (would need a confirmation from the agency/landlord who are very cooperative).

The rent is 495 per month excluding bills and internet. As for me, I'm a final year computing science student; I'm very passionate about music (my music can be a loud sometimes and I have a guitar in the flat), and love having drinks with people. Trying to keep a good lifestyle like eating all vegetarian once a week. I'm also very organised and clean about things. All I ask is that you're yourself - starting from the first message - and you're on the same page as me - would be up for beer, movie, keeping the counter clean.
