Room available to rent in East End of Glasgow, right beside Glasgow Royal Infirmary and the Necropolis, with an approx. 20 min walk into the city centre! My housemate is moving out at the end of June so the room is available from the 1st of July. It is a double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet with lamp, and wardrobe. This room has it's own toilet and shower directly across the hall from it.
We have a shared and very spacious living and kitchen area.
This is a lovely ground-floor flat in a gated complex of flats, feels very safe and it is great to have the parking space!
Additional monthly bills including council tax, WIFI and gas/electricity would add another approximate £100 onto the total monthly cost.
I work full-time, they aren't typical 9-5 hours so I would work in the house during the day and be out of the house most evenings, except for the weekends. I would say I am an outgoing person so I would love to be able to socialize with any potential flatmates.
