Large double bedroom available in a beautiful bright 3rd floor, south facing tenement flat. 3 bedrooms but third is currently used as a spare/guest room.
Conveniently located in the West End just above the botanic Gardens with easy access to public transport. Just across the road from a lovely small park. On street parking available.

The livingroom is my favourite room in the flat as its nice and bright and airy, and I'm looking for someone to live with who enjoys chilling out/watching TV in the evenings.
Im big into plants so someone who shares my passion or at least is ok with a fair few plants dotted throughout the flat is a bonus.

I work shifts which also include nights so potential flatmates would need to be aware that there would be occasions when I would need to sleep throughout the day.

Landlord allows cats so people with cats are welcome. I dont currently have a cat but may look into getting one if whoever moves in doesn't have a cat/cat allergy but would be happy to have one around.
