I’m subletting my room while i’m away for work, looking someone from 5th november for 2 months (possibly to extend ).
You’ll share the apartment only with one student (Enrique,32yo), he’s a Spanish very nice and easygoing guy!
The apartment it’s composed by two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, hall and living room with smart TV and board games! 😄 one of the bathrooms it’s only for yourself and Enrique has his own bathroom too!
The floor it’s recent changed so the apartment looks great.

The apartment it’s just in Byres road, next to botanic gardens, amazing location, you have all amenities, bars, restaurants and a really good community! The gym it’s also 3 minutes walking from home

The rent it’s 500£ + bills (usually 100£ but that depends on how much you use the heather ) i was renting before the room with everything included but the last person who was here didn’t care at all, she used heathers and gas 24/7 and we had to pay that month 300£!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ so now we’re doing it by this way haha (i’ll show you the bills each month so you can see by yourself the exactly amount 😊)
The deposit it’s 450£

(Maybe i have to come to the apartment a few times for some appointments there, i’ll be sleeping at the couch in the living room so you should be confortable with that 🙏🏻)
