Hello!

I am looking for a potential flatmate to take the single bedroom in my ground floor flat. It is furnished with a stackable single bed (that turns into a double) and a table/desk and a chest of drawers. You would have your own large bathroom, complete with tub!

The cost includes rent and all bills, including council tax.

The flat is fully furnished by me, and I have two cats and lots of plants.

The flat is located in Glasgow Southside, off a very quiet street with little city noise. As the council tax band is E, the area is very clean and well-maintained. There is a large parking lot available to tenants. We are a 10 minute walk from Queens Park, and lots of cool indie shops and cafes all around. Pollokshields East train station is a 5 minute walk, and a bus stop 2 minutes away. It takes approx. 30 min to walk to Glasgow Central.

I'm looking for someone who is a non-smoker, quiet and tidy. I'm not interested in someone who will be inviting their friends/partner over constantly, as I am very introverted and a bit of a homebody. I also rarely have people over, and would let you know ahead of time. Ideally, I'd like someone who is low energy and chill while at home, and who respects my boundaries and home.

**I also have two cats that are my babies. They are very well behaved, but I would only be willing to live with someone who respects them and enjoys being around cats.
