Hi! We're two neuroscience students and an art history student looking for another student to move in for the upcoming school year.

We're looking for someone clean, responsible, and friendly. We love music, cooking, gaming, and having a laugh, but are also mindful of each other's privacy and needs :)

I’m immunocompromised and we take Covid safety measures very seriously (ie: no clubbing/gaffing, not having folk in the flat/going to others, wearing masks when out, hand washing etc), so if you cannot manage this, please do not apply -- I cannot emphasise this enough.

The flat is on the third story, right around the corner from University of Glasgow campus and close to several restaurants, shops, and Kelvingrove Park. The flat has four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen/dining room which serves as the communal living space. The building has a shared garden space out back, and the flat features include fast internet, a shower-bath, and a washing machine.

Approximate room size is 4.8m x 2.65m (~137sqft) and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
