Hi Everyone! My name is Rhiann I am a 24 year old Female. I am looking for another female flat mate to rent out the spare room of my flat from march/April, can be flexible with dates :)! This is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Parkhouse with its own front and back door with front and back garden space which is perfect for summer!

Rent+bills, including WiFi ,virgin and use of Netflix is £550 per month.

My flat is a max 5 minute walk from the local train station which is Ashfield from there it takes 5 minutes into glasgow Queen Street or opposite direction towards Anniesland. Then also only a 10 minute drive to the west end and onto Byers Road and the flat is also close to the Big tesco at St rollex on Springburn Road.

Sooo a bit about me. I work full time at a sport centre in Glasgow sometimes working early shifts and sometimes late shifts. In my spare time I like to go rock climbing, go walks or go out on my bike. If I'm not out doing something adventurous I'll be in the pub or binge watching something on Netflix. I would be looking for a flat mate that is clean and tidy in shared areas and also someone who is okay with people being over from time to time for dinner or drinks etc :)

Also must be LGBTQ friendly 🥳
