A very large and peaceful room to rent in a beautiful period house

My place is the top floor of a detached merchant house and is large, spacious, sunny. It has a big living room with a stove, a private garden and a drive. I have a further bedroom that can be used for guests to stay. There's lots of space and my previous tenants have enjoyed how quiet it is here and how much space they have.

Pollokshields is a great place to live - close to the subway and a few train stations, it's very green, lots of parks close by with lovely cafes and bars. very easy access to the West End and to the city centre.

You'd be living with me, Shelly, the owner. I work for a charity and am also a puppy walker for the guide dog assosiation so there would be a very friendly retriever around for some of the time. I'm pretty sociable and freindly and so is my dog Duke.

The room is currently available for 6 months.
