I am looking for a female sublet, a student preferably that would sublet the room of mine starting 10th July, till 17th of September. I am looking for a female as I feel it more comfortable for myself and the other flatmate.
The accommodation is perfect for University of Glasgow and Glasgow School of Art students, as it is closest to both - however the St Geogre's Cross subway station is 5 minutes away, and a bus stop is just 3 minutes away as well. Lidl is 13 minutes walk from the flat, and for any last minute necessities a Sainsbury's Local is just right around the corner.
The rent is £475/month, bills not included (£28/month Internet, ~£73/month utility bills, both split between two).
