The flat has a large, recently renovated kitchen (with all the standard appliances including tumble dryer) and living room, with one shared bathroom. There is also plenty of storage space, with many shared cupboards located throughout the flat.

The flat is very well located, with Partick station and Byres Road both a 10-minute walk away. The nearest larger supermarkets are Morrisons and Lidl (by Partick station) or the Sainsbury’s on Crow Road.

The room itself is north facing and looks out over a bowling green (picture included). It comes with a double bed, dressing table, desk, and shelving unit.

There are two existing flatmates, who are both mature students. We’re both laid-back, active, and outgoing, and will often cook and watch films together, but are also respectful of privacy and different life schedules.

We're ideally looking to share with a mature or postgrad student, who tidies up after themselves and will join in with the shared cleaning. We have friendly, but quiet neighbours who expect the same.

Rent is £400 per month, excluding bills, which have been around £70 a month since the winter.
