Flat in great location! Just up from queen margaret drive. 15 min walk from kelvinbridge and hillhead undergrounds. 2 minute walk to bus that will take you into town. 2 minute walk to our lovely local pub/restaurant "the botany."

I recently split up with my boyfriend so now just living with my 6 year old labrador!:-) I work Monday to Friday 8-5 and sometimes work a part time job at the weekends or busy dog walking or out for lunches or away visiting family.
I have a small double room to rent. Flat nice and cozy. Bathroom just decorated in lockdown with a powerful rain shower!
Flat is in a quiet cul de sac with mostly young professionals but it is a student area too.
We have a big pretty shared back garden where you can grab a drink with the friendly neighbours in the good weather!
