Exhibition Centre train station is just five minutes around the corner and it's about 20 minutes walk to get into town if you prefer the long way!
Your flatmates would be three girls - two professionals and one student. All lovely, chatty and tidy. We have a good sized kitchen and enjoy cooking and having a chat when we come back from our busy schedules but respect each others personal space too.
Rent: 400, Deposit: 420, Bills approximately 25 per person. Council tax band is C, but students get an exemption.
