Hi there,
I have a double room to rent in a lovely furnished two-bed west end flat and am looking for a tenant. All bills and broadband included. It is currently available and I am looking for a tenant who can move in this month in July.

I own the flat and stay there a few days a week during term time when I am teaching at the University of West Scotland. My husband sometimes uses the flat too a couple of nights a month a most. Our main home is in the Highlands, so you'll have the place to yourself quite a lot - particularly in the summer.

The flat is on the second floor of a tenement building, on a nice quiet street a short walk from Kelvinbridge station, Gt. Western Road and Kelvinside/Kelvingrove park. You can also walk into town easily.

I'm in my late forties and teach filmmaking as well as making films. The room would be perfect for a post grad student or as a short term let and I will consider longer term for the right person.

I'll be doing viewings on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th July and I am looking for someone to move in asap.
