Located a short distance for Glasgow City Centre, local supermarket, close to Charing Cross railways station and couple min walk to St George’s Cross Subway. Some more that’s walking distance to major universities and excellent transport links access to motorway connections.
There is a secure door entry system and allocated parking.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy , responsible and who would look after the place as if their own. Advance Deposit £400 only and The rent is £420 included most the bills but excludes electricity are shared with another flatmate.
No pets and no smoker pls.
