I have a bright spacious room in my 5th floor flat that's available now.

It's a beautiful 2 bedroom flat in Finnieston, the place to be in Glasgow! 15 minutes walk either to the city centre or the west end. There is also lift.

The flats are new, overlooking the Clyde and the famous squinty bridge. 2 minute walk from the Hydro/SECC for those gig nights.

All bills included, 1Gb superfast broadband, and a private parking space if you drive.

I have an ensuite in my room so you would have full use of the main bathroom.

Washing machine, 49'' 4K TV, dishwasher, Dyson hoover and the nespresso machine are all included too of course.


I also have a cleaner who comes in every two weeks who can clean your bathroom and bedroom if you wish at no extra cost.

I am relatively introverted and enjoy my alone time, but I enjoy the occasional hang out and wouldn't mind going out for food or drinks from time to time. I work at a startup that builds power wheelchairs and I'm doing my maths and physics degree part-time so I can often be quite busy.

Grumpy flatmate bit in advance; Whilst I want you to make the flat your home and do whatever you like, I have a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. So I want to come home to somewhere that is, within reason, more or less spotless. If you tend to create piles of things everywhere, leave stuff lying around, leave unwashed dishes for a few days or generally you don't notice things that are unclean like grubby surfaces, dirty floors or half washed dishes, then I probably won't be a good fit for you. I take pride in a clean and tidy home, it's a team effort and hope you do too! Grumpy bit over!
