Hello,
What i am looking for:
I am looking for a Female Student or if not a student someone willing to pay the council tax as i will not be. ( band E) I am looking for someone respectable, clean, Fun and friendly. Willing to communicate well and no drama. Would love to be friends and have drinks with the flatmate coming in. (Not a must though)

Who am i:
I am a bubbly artsy human and love to cook nice dinners and drink wine! I work as a social media director but also am an art student so i am a busy bee! I am an open book and very friendly. I love plants, animals and dinner parties.

Info on the property:
I have a room for rent in my newly refurbished place. You would have your own private bathroom with me asking to use the bath occasionally as my bathroom only has a shower. New mattresses, floors, couch and freshly painted walls. It is in a great residential location so nice and quiet but also walking distance to great western road. 10 mins walk from kelvin bridge subway.

There is a parking space with the flat i currently don't have a car so that can be used for no extra price. There is a shared patio area with the neighbors that you can relax in. Its all very lovely!

Move in date would be the first week of June.
