Hi all,

I’ll be away for 2 months and I’m offering my double bedroom for a short term from 15/12/2021 until 15/02/2022. The dates are a flexible (e. g. one week earlier and/or one week later). So, you’ll not share the flat with anyone else while I’m away. The flat is fully furnished. It includes a decently sized living room, kitchen, one full bathroom, and a second small bedroom (which will be reserved for me and my personal belongings). The area is very quiet. The University of Glasgow and Byres Road is 15-20 minutes walking. City centre is 35-45 min walking and there are lots of bus connections.

Regarding the bills, Wifi (£18) will be split all time, while you would pay for other services (only electricity which is around £120-140 in winter).

- Ideal for postgraduate students or young professionals.

- Small gatherings are allowed (up to 5-6 people), but no parties.
