Looking for a flatmate as my flatmate is currently moving out . The flat is ideally located in Laurieston, less than two minutes away from the subway, and a 10 minute walk away from Queen Street station and Central Station.
The flat has large common spaces so this would be better suited to someone who is outgoing and wouldn’t mind casual socialising and having a friendly relationship with their flatmate.
The second bedroom is currently unfurnished and used as an office/spare room, but if you’re planning on staying for a while I would be happy supplying you with furniture.
I am looking for anyone between the ages of 20 and 30, young professionals or post graduate students.
I’m easy going, tidy and friendly, and I like cooking and sharing! I spend most of my time during the week working long hours (I wake up around 6am and don’t get back until 7pm), relaxing and watching films. The weekend, I enjoy socialising with friends, cooking and playing video games.
I would rather meet up, share coffee, and get to know you before you move in, and I’d be happy showing you around the flat and the area before you make any decision.
