Hiya my flatmate is moving out end of june so i'm looking for someone lovely to fill their space!

The room will come with the bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, and desk but this may change as the agents will be doing another inventory check before the start of the tenancy.

The flat is in a great location, being a 10 minute walk from UoG. Byres and Great Western road are also only 2 minutes away so plenty of options when it comes to shops and restaurants nearby. Bills are not included in rent and come up to about £50 a month.

As for me, i'm currently doing my master's in biomedicine at Glasgow uni. Will be working on my diss over the summer so my time is normally split between home and the lab. Respectful and friendly and hoping as flatmates we'll be able to hang while also respecting each other's space and privacy <33.

Students preferred but professionals are welcome as long as you’re willing to cover council tax (band D).
