Laid back, friendly and considerate flatmate wanted to share my flat in the west end. Located just off of Great Western Road. I am looking for an independent person who has lived with others before and will be respectful of my little flat.

Room available from February 20th although negotiable for right person.

Location
5 minute walk from Kelvinbridge Underground Station. 2 minutes from River Kelvin Walkway which leads directly to Glasgow Botanical Gardens and Kelvingrove Park. Easy access to motorway for commuters.

Room
Single room with good quality mattress and open framed wardrobe. Because the room is smaller, it may suit someone who needs a base Mon-Fri or who travels frequently for work/pleasure.

Flat
Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge. Bathroom with shower above bath. Buzzer entry system and cleaner for communal area. £625 includes all bills.

Parking
On street parking available although a parking permit is being introduced from August which is approx. £25 per quarter.

Me
Generally quiet through the week and usually out and about/busy at the weekends. Now working two days a week from home. I enjoy my own space and respect other people's but I also enjoy a catch up about your day and having some social times together: cooking/watching a film/having a glass of wine/beer etc. I listen to radio 6 a lot and have seem to have developed a serious penchant for scandi noir. I enjoy exercising a few nights a week.
