I have a full year contract with the Blackfriars residence but finally I will only be able to stay in the first semester.

In order to break my contract, I must find someone to keep my room for the second semester (January to June).

I will only be in charge of looking for a person to replace me, but the residence will take care of the payments and the contract.

It is a very central residence with an Aldi supermarket just below. There are people of all nationalities and also many Spaniards.

If you go to the University of Glasgow there is a metro stop very close and if you go to the University of Strathclyde it is a 3 minute walk.

In addition, the apartment is completely empty but I will leave my dishes, my pans and some other utensils that I will not be able to take due to lack of space.
