Gorgeous flat with lovely landlords and a super fun flatmate. Looking for a mature student (masters or PhD ideally) to avoid council tax. Vegetarian preferred, Mon-Fri 9-5 schedule preferred. If you're not a student, council tax is not included in the stated rent and will be about 120pounds per month. Additional bills include power and broadband, which total 45ppm, more in the winter for power.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a tenement building and consists of an entryway/hallway, large kitchen with breakfast nook, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 storage closets, and a large sitting room with bay window and views of Kelvingrove Park. The bedroom you're applying for also has views of the park. Double glazed windows. Not sure about the parking situation as neither of us have cars; we're pretty sure you could get a spot adjacent to the building but you'd have to apply for it. No smokers please.

Your potential flatmate loves to be social with friends and frequently goes on camping / hiking trips. Would love someone with clean tendencies who would like to participate in adventures. She is in her 3rd year of her PhD.
