Hi I’m Rachael,
My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I’ve got a spare room! The flat is located as Speirs Wharf, it is a double room which comes with a bed and mattress aswell as a desk. The wardrobe is built into the wall aswell! The bathroom is not en-suite but is your own. Spacious hallway and living room as well as a lovely kitchen! As it is a Speirs Wharf property you will also have access to the residents gym, hot tub, pool, sauna and steam room! Which are all included in the rent so no extra cost! It’s a short walk from Caledonian university so it’s right at the centre but the canal gives the calmness of a suburban flat. I currently work from home, and I own a cat called Yoru, he is very friendly and gets along with people very easily.
