Recently bought this flat and looking for someone to live with me (mid May, date somewhat flexible)

The flat is in the nicest part of Glasgow, 5 minute walk to the university and right on Kelvingrove park, as you can see from the views.

The whole flat has really high ceilings (4.5m) and has plenty of space, I have videos that I can send over to you but really neither they nor the pictures do it justice.

It really is a stunning flat in the best possible location.

Your room would be the one with the dark paint and white ceilings (so much bigger than the picture makes it seem) and will be complete with your own bathroom!

Suitable for students or young professional and preferably long term but otherwise if you think you would be a good fit feel free to drop a message I’ll try and get back to you as soon as I can.

Looking for someone sociable who will respect the place. Would prefer someone clean/tidy in the communal areas (do what you want really in your own room), I’m all for having people over and bringing your mates round but I don’t want neighbours banging on the door at 3 in the morning.

Disclaimer ~ As I mentioned I’ve just bought the flat so I’m still coming to an agreement with the outgoing owners about which furniture is staying and which is going, so that might change, but in any case it will be furnished for when you move in (for example bed in picture is double, but I’ve bought super king size for it)
