A cosy double room, it is unfurnished, although if somebody is looking to move in and we meet and are happy to go ahead, I can look into helping to provide for the bed, wardrobe etc. I have attached a picture of the room with the current tenant's furniture, easily fitting a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and other things so lots of room! Lots of light during the day in the room as it is North-Eastern facing.

Hello! I have a double room available from February 10th for rent - looking for a young professional or the right student, but no couples I'm afraid. Ground floor flat right next to Great Western Road with a communal back garden, super close to all amenities and transport links (Kelvinbridge subway is a 30 second walk away, if that and Paesano pizza is basically next door). I have furnished the whole flat myself, so to please also be respectful that the common rooms have my belongings but I also want you to feel at home as well! Central heating throughout with wooden flooring in all rooms but the bathroom and kitchen, the flat is super cosy and there is lots of room for the two of us!

I'm a chill, friendly guy working in a Graduate Role as an Engineer, so will be working from home in my room Monday to Friday during the day (or at the office once things are out of lockdown). Looking for somebody that isn't too much of a party animal but I would be happy to hopefully be friends with you and chill with movie nights and food! I'm very easy-going, would just want to make sure somebody coming in is clean and tidies up after themselves. I have been in this flat for two and a half years now and I really do love living here and hope that you can share the same thoughts!

Ideally, I'm looking for maybe a shorter term rental of about 6 months, but this is negotiable!
