This is a large four bedroom flat that is over two floors. As well as the four rooms, there is a large living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, two fridges, and a washing machine. The flat has fast virgin media broadband, I usually get between 10-20 mb/s.

We are advertising to fill two rooms. Myself and one other flatmate are moving out at the end of May as we are graduating from university this year. The other two flatmates are both still studying at Glasgow Uni. Mature students are preferred but others will be considered. We are not a party flat and many of us work part-time as well as studying. Saying that, we are social and tend to congregate and chat in the kitchen a lot.

I have lived here for 4 years and never had any issues. It does get a bit cold in the winter, but nothing that a heavy duvet won't sort out.
