Hello all,

My room - which happens to be the biggest room - of the flat will be available from early September through mid-November. I'll be abroad for work and family for two months, and you will have the entire room for your fine self.

The room is completely furnished with a ridiculously massive desk for your studies and work. You'll be sharing a flat with other two incredibly friendly and lovely guys - one from Ireland and the other from Scotland. It is a quiet flat with mature people living in it.

The room itself is only £330 pcm, plus bills which shouldn't stick over than 450pcm. Plenty of amenities in the area, and the subway Kinning Park is literally right next to the flat so it is a very convenient and central location of Glasgow for you to be in.

Please note that the room is ONLY AVAILABLE FROM SEPT - NOV. If you're a student (and you'd have to prove that), you won't worry about Council Tax. I can cover that just fine. :)

The flat is LGBTQIA+ friendly, and if you happen to be fan of films, cinema, theatre, vegetarian food, you`ll find yourself happy here. ;-) Neighbours are nice and friendly also.
