I'm a research scholar at University of Strathclyde. I'm looking for a flatmate who is hygienic, clean, vegetarian and non alcoholic.
The flat is new and comes up with a large living room, one double bedroom, one store room, kitchen and bathroom. The total rent of the flat is 750 pcm + electricity bills+ broadband bill. In total you need to pay between 400-450 depending upon electricity bills.
