I have a large double room available in quiet family estate near Erddig country park.
The room has an ariel point and plenty of sockets. It is furnished with a 3 seater leather sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe, shelving and double bed. The bathroom is upstairs with bath/shower, toilet and a sink and is used for let room only. There is full use of the kitchen and its contents with a fridge, dish washer and washing machine. I have wifi with unlimited download. There is also space on the drive to park and use of the garden.
The house is situated 5 minutes from the A 483 Wrexham bypass, 5 minutes by car to wrexham centre and 10 minutes by car to the industrial estate.
I have a scottish terrier and a cat.
Professional singles or students only.
I am happy to accept smokers but smoking must be outside the house.
