Hi! We have a large double room to rent in Greenwich, right by the Cutty Sark. (You can see the ship + river from the bedroom window.)

You will be living in a 3 bedroom flat. The room has a double bed, 2 sets of drawers, a desk, a chair, full length mirror, lamp and a large built-in wardrobe.

Its ideal for working from home (I've been doing it for months!).

There is also storage under the bed and above the built-in wardrobe - a lot of storage!

The room is very spacious and I've loved living in it!

The rest of the flat has a large living room with TV, dining table and sofas. There's a good-size kitchen with cupboards, fridge and cooker etc. And also a toilet and bath/shower room.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy. And who would sometimes enjoy a wine and cheese night while we binge something on Netflix.

The two current flatmates are working professionals. Students can enquire too! We're within walking distance of Greenwich uni.

The rent is £500 pcm and bills make it come to £560-580 depending on if we have the heating on. An incredible price for the location!

This isnt for someone who wants a new build. The flat is quite old so it could use some paint here and there. But for the price and location a few quirks are well worth it!
