We are three housemates looking for a fourth to live with us in Greenwich

Two girls and one guy. We are in our late 20s - early 30s. Fairly quiet people. More likely to stay in and watch a film or have some people over for a board game night than go out to a pub or have a house party. We also have a (well-behaved) cat in the house.

The room is fairly small, but you will also have access to the living room, kitchen, garden and bathrooms.

The house itself is on a quiet street just off the main road

Rent: £400 per month

Bills: £81.77 per month (approx)

We are looking for someone to move in from 01/02/2021 or earlier
