We are looking for the 4th housemate to join us in our lovely house with a large open-plan living room/kitchen and a garden. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood within a gated street, a 8-minute walk away from Surrey Quays station, 15-min from Canada Water station and there are also several buses stopping nearby. Co-op is behind the gate, a Lidl 3-min away and a large Tesco & Surrey Quays Shopping Centre 10-min away. Several parks, sports centres nearby and river Thames within a short walk.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table and shelves, and there is additional storage in the house. The total incl bills comes to about £545.-
One of us works in hospitality and two are designers (ages 24 - 36, two female and one male). We are looking for someone who is searching for a friendly home.

The room is available from the 1st February (but there is some flexibility).
