Hi, and thanks for looking at my ad!

I'm looking to rent out one large double bedroom in an all-female household. It is fully furnished with double ottoman bed (plenty of storage underneath) and memory-foam mattress, side table, wardrobe, storage unit, desk and chair, and smart-tv. Bills and super-fast fibre-optic broadband included. The bathroom is on the same floor and only shared with one other lady, so females preferred as you'll be next door to eachother and using the same bathroom etc.

Recently extended and refitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard storage. Rear garden with BBQs in the summer (once the sun comes out again!)

Large park directly opposite, perfect for any joggers. Approximately one mile up the road is Horsenden Hill which is a lovely place to go for a walk in the woods with a nice pub at the bottom.

Approx 20 meters (literally about 10 seconds walk!) to Perivale tube station (Central Line) - approx 20-30 mins to Notting Hill Gate/Oxford Circus/Tottenham Court Road etc. Westfield’s shopping centre in Shepherds Bush is only a 15 minute tube ride away!

Just over 200m to A40, with a nice pub on the other side of the which does a great carvery. 5 minute walk to large Tesco (Hoover Building) for all your household needs.

No smoking but vapeing is fine. STRICTLY NO DRUGS.
