Large double bedroom / living area, kitchen / diner, and shower room for let in shared garage annexe. Lodger arrangement as garage annexe also houses our home office which we use Monday to Friday.

Annexe is recently renovated to a very high quality.

We live on site in main house with our three young children. As mentioned, our home office is in the garage annexe and so access in the front door and up the stairs to the office is needed daily.

Must be comfortable with pets - we have a dog (spaniel).

Limited furniture available if necessary (king size bed, small wardrobe, bedside table, sideboard, small kitchen table and chairs).

The space is heated via electricity: brand new wall mounted electric radiators.
