We are 2 adult occupants in a 3 bedroom house, and my guest room is available for short term let for someone needing to work or study in the area.
It's a large airy single room at the rear of the house, with a great view over the garden. Fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair, dresser, mirror.
Guests have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sitting room and garden. It's a Victorian house so the bathroom is downstairs.

Rate includes all bills (inc wifi) and includes bedlinen and towels which are changed weekly.

I'm open to short term (Mon-Fri), weekly or monthly lets. I'm not looking to let for longer than 3 months at a time.
My rate is:
£30/night for stays of 3-6 nights
£200 per week for stays of less than a month
£700 per calendar month

We're on a quiet residential road with unrestricted free on-street parking. It's a 5 minute walk to the village with a Co-op, coffee shop, pub, post office, and a range of food places to eat in or take away.

I work from home and would be happy to share with someone who goes out to work, or works from home,
