I have a good size double room available in a flat in Guildford. I am living here already currently, my flatmates are moving away for a new job, but I love the place so am looking to buddy up and stay if possible.

It is a large double room (3.1 x 5.1 metres) and has a closet with hanging space.
The kitchen and bathroom are really nice and modern, the living room is really spacious and leads out onto a balcony. There is also lots of cupboard and storage space in the flat.
The flat is unfurnished so you would need a bed, but I already have a lot of communal furniture already here (sofa set, extendable dining room table & chairs etc),

The location is great, GU1 1TS, right opposite Stoke Park with approx 15 minute walk into town. There is free parking here also.

Rent would be £600, with approx £50-£60p/m for bills (Gas, Electric, Water & Wifi), and council tax is £89p/m each.

About me, I'm 23, I'm pretty easy going, sociable and enjoy living in a chill environment.
I work full time in Woking, although I have been wfh during lockdown.
