Hello!

We are a group of 3 students (Final year, MSc, and PhD), recently formed and moving into this property on the 1st of July. We're looking for one more student to joins us and take the final room.

(message me for a better picture of next doors opposing room, it's basically a reflection without the clutter - looks 1000 times better)

The room available is the cellar (shown in pics 5 & 6), it's a lot better than it looks here - this is just how the current tenant left it for viewing. It has a window and plenty of natural light, which for some reason he had closed. The landlord has also said he'll install more lighting once we're in. It also has it's own office-y area that's shown in image 6.

We're a new group so you'll be meeting us at the same time. Two of the housemates have been friends from undergrad, they're both aiming to stay for 11 months before moving out. I'm hoping to stay for the entirety of my PhD, so probably about 4 years.

We're all sociable people - up for nights out, nights in, whatever. The patio looks like it'll see quite a few BBQs I'm sure.
