I’m thinking of renting out my spare room. I’ve been living here for 6 years now, and my landlord has given me the green light to get a lodger. Over the years, I’ve had 4 flatmates in total, and 3 of them can give me great references. There are two females and one male.

The property is a two-bedroom place with a kitchen, living room with a nice view, bathroom with a toilet and a shared garden. There’s also free street parking. The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a mirror. I’m clean and tidy person and I expect the same from you when it comes to the property. There’s a TV with Netflix in the lounge.

All the bills are included. I’m usually out late sometimes, so I’m not the best person to have around if you’re looking for someone who’s always home or you require full silence at 9pm 😀
