LGBTQ+ friendly!!! Looking for a kind considerate clean housemate who respects each other privacy but also doesn’t mind a social environment when I have friends over sometimes for dinner , and welcome to join. The living room is shared a shared space so you are welcome to bring friends too.
The room has a desk, a single bed, a rail and a bookcase. Lots of space under the bed for storage boxes also. The room is 2m60cm x 2m20cm You will have a cabinet in the kitchen to yourself also for your personal items.
Your housemate will be me, Eliska. I am an artist/ milliner. I run a hat night at Chelsea Arts club. I do a few odd jobs here and there also! Sometimes I do work from home.
Looking for someone for short term let, maximum six month period (could be longer depending on circumstances but the written contract will be for 6 months) Minimum 3 months. One months rent deposit . All bills included.
