I am an easy going yet sociable professional male working in Finance. Like watching documentaries, cooking, reading, museums, and hiking. Hampstead is a fabulous location. One of the best in London. The flat is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The vacant room has a small double bed in it.

I'm looking for someone for about 3-4 months. For the first 6 weeks the tenant will be sharing with me. I then will go travelling, and my room will be occupied by a 23 year Spanish female student, who has a preference for female flatmates, hence we are looking for a female flatmate. I also prefer student or otherwise exempt from Council tax, as this saves on my council tax.
