Double room in a social 5 person house right next to Hampstead heath. We are looking for a 5th housemate to join our spacious garden flat share in one of the lower ground bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with 1 other person (female). We’re social and often hang out together in the evening and would love a new housemate we could get to know too.
House consists of: Large living room, kitchen, bike/exercise room, 2 lower ground floor bedrooms, 1 lower ground bathroom and 2 ground floor bedrooms.
Rent paid per calendar month, £931 including bills.

- access to garden and patio
- lots of storage in wardrobes
- nice green street view from bedroom window

Other notes:
- the living room is used during the work day as an work-from-home office by Dan, a current tennant, laptop etc is isolated to his desk in the corner
- no space for a desk in the bedroom, so not recommended for someone working from home
- stairs down to the lower ground floor have low headroom
