It is a first floor property with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a tiny balcony, with access to a small garden in the back. There is no additional storage space only your room (apart from some space in the kitchen and bathroom).The area is great, lots of local shops, Lidl, gym, Shell gas station all within 5 minutes walking distance. Hanwell train station to Heathrow or Paddington is within 5 minutes also, plus main road (Uxbridge road) towards Ealing Broadway (30 mins walk) with a variety of buses. Close to the property you can find large parks with the Brent river and a local zoo (10 minutes walk). Nice and fairly quiet area.

Both of my flatmates are easy going and friendly, and would like to find someone who would share the same ideas about living with other people, like: being respectful with noises, keeping the shared spaces clean.
