The room covers the whole top floor, so loads of space and light. It can also be unfurnished or semi-furnished as well as furnished.

We have a great large double bedroom with an en suite available.

Hassocks' lovely village is 5 mins walk away with all you need, e. g. convenient mini supermarkets, lovely coffee shops, tasty cafes, a real community feel, and plenty more.

For that larger shop, we have a Tesco/Lidl/Waitrose all within a short drive away, too.

Our great train station is also 5 mins walk away.

Brighton or Hove are a 10 mins train or a 15 mins drive.

London is only a 1 hour direct train away, which works really well as you have very regular options direct to London Bridge and Victoria.

Gatwick is also quick to get to and often, taking just 20 mins.

We have on street parking here, and there is no permit needed.

Open to considering pets, price may change to include regular cleaner.

Also open to smokers, but they would have to smoke outside the house.
