I am looking for a solo female to lodge in my master en-suite bedroom, temporarily for now but possibly longer term if we get on well. Hoping to find someone friendly and respectful.

I have a toddler in the home so the tenant must be ok with this. Although I love to host occasionally, it won’t be a party house.

The house a 3 bed semi-detatched on a lovely new build estate in Hassocks, with good country walks right on the doorstep, a bus stop right outside going into Brighton centre in half an hour, and the mainline station is 15 minutes walk with direct trains to London & Brighton.

The room is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed, built in wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers & a bright en-suite bathroom with large shower.

Downstairs you will have access to the shared living room, kitchen, garden with pergola/bar/bbq/hot tub & a garage for storage.

There is plenty of on street parking outside. Council tax band D.
