✅ ROOM 1 [TAKEN] is on the first floor next to the first bath/shower room as well as the living room. It's also the only bedroom on that floor so essentially you have that bathroom to yourself. Room also has a small balcony big enough for a small chair so you can enjoy the fine views of the Headingley suburbs.

✅ ROOM 2 [TAKEN] is on the second floor along with the rest of the rooms and is just above room 1 and has the second bathroom next to it. It's also the warmest room in the whole house so it's definitely a good choice for the upcoming winter season.

ROOM 3 [AVAILABLE] has a panoramic view of the cricket stadium which is nice during the summer. The room is also west facing so you get the added benefit of being able to watch amazing sunsets.

BATHROOMS both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink however bathroom 1 on the first floor also has a bath tub. Bathroom 2 used to be a bedroom so it's a VERY big shower room (very unnecessary).

KITCHEN/ LOUNGE these rooms are open space and come with a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and a gas hob/oven. There's plenty of cupboard space for everyone! We've also already got a 43" TV in the room.

Parking is available at the front of the property and at the rear of the property.

Currently the house has 2 males and a female, we're all of various ages but we do get on really well and enjoy each other's company, happy home!

Just as a last thought, the room sizes are really good and including the bills (council tax for professionals) we're paying around about £380 for everything which is great for this area!
