This bedroom is located in the basement of the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the basement floor, with 1 shared bathroom between you both. The other person living on the basement floor is a 2nd-year sports science student who is into football, cricket, and hockey. The bathroom on the basement floor has a shower, bath, and toilet. Above the basement floor is the kitchen which has been newly refurbished and also a lounge area both of which will be shared with the other members of the house. The 2nd floor is again 2 2nd year students, 1 is on a current placement who is a male, he likes football, gaming and going out. The other is a 2nd-year primary care student who is female and her hobbies include playing rugby and going out. On the third floor, there are 2 lads, one into gaming, the other is into sport and rugby. They are all really nice people and I have loved living with them for the past year and a half. The hyde park location is really central and close to amenities such as Co-op and Sainsburys. It is also in the middle of both Headingley and city campuses and close by to uni of campuses also. Looking for any student who studies at either Leeds Beckett, uni of or arts and any gender, age or sexual orientation. £67.50 additional to rent payment every month for water, electricity, gas and wifi.
