Council tax is included in price, the other bills to be split three ways.

Looking for friendly, calm and considerate housemates who will enjoy making themselves at home and sharing the place, and keep the common areas tidy. There is plenty of space with the large kitchen-lounge opening out onto a nice sized garden with lawn and areas for sitting out and enjoying, & also a shed with storage space. I am out lots and the house is a peaceful to be.

The house is well situated, tucked away - but very close to Cottage Rd Cinema, a ten minute walk from both the shops in Headingley and Meanwood, and just around the corner from Meanwood Park.

The house has an attic upstairs, which I use as my art studio. The place is tranquil, all the rooms look out onto trees, and have lots of natural light. The house is comfortable with cosy with fire places - comfy sofas and area to relax. Bathroom with a bath+shower.
