I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a Shared house 2 Hopewell Place, Hyde Park (LS6 1PN) from 15th Feb 2022 to 31st June 2022.
The location is great with a playground, football court and Supermarkets nearby. The distance to Uni. of Leeds is 10 min by walk.
The 6 bedroom house has your own room with shared kitchen and hall. There are plenty of grocery shops available at 2 min distance as it's very close Hotel Royal Park and Shop Abu Bakr.
Rent is £385/month (bills included) with deposit of £280. The house has 3 boys and 2 girls who are all students and they’re all really good flatmates with social behaviour.
